Metabolic training

This program works by combining structural and compound resistance exercises with cardio, agility and core movements with little rest in between in an effort to maximize calorie burn, fire up your metabolism rate, increase muscular endurance and improve strength during and after the workout.
Our metabolic training sessions will challenge your body and mind, making sure you leave everything out on the floor.

• Metabolic training effect

Is a crossroad between strength training (increasing lean muscle mass) and interval training (keeps your body burning calories at a higher rate).

• Higher caloric burn

The high intensity resistance training rest-pause ratio leads to a rise in post-exercise metabolism accounted for by an increase in fat metabolism.

• Increase VO2max

HIRT can increase your overall fitness, including your aerobic endurance or VO2 max. VO2max is a measure of how efficiently your body takes up oxygen during exercise.

• Low impact options

HIRT focuses on resistance training. You can select exercises for your workout that don’t have a high impact on your joints and still experience the benefits of high-intensity training.

• Train at home or at the gym

A high-intensity resistance workout doesn’t necessarily require gym machines. You can do a workout using your bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.
