Our small group training session is ideal for anyone looking to build muscle, burn fat, get strong, and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Fun, motivating and challenging 45-minute workouts that incorporate a variety of metabolic resistance and conditioning exercises with proper progression and regressions to suit all fitness levels in a non-competitive environment.

Small group sessions are designed in an alternating set or circuit training format using a wide variety of exercises and tools such as bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, suspension training, kettle bells, med balls, and sandbags.
