Indigo Travel Clinic, part of Indigo Medical Group, provides travel-health services including yellow-fever vaccination and the official certificate travellers need before visiting certain countries. Demand is highly seasonal and intent-driven — people search the moment they book a trip.

The challenge. Indigo needed a reliable, predictable flow of booked appointments that ramped up ahead of each travel season, rather than relying on walk-ins and last-minute searches.

What we did. We built high-intent Google Search campaigns around queries like “yellow fever vaccine near me”, “travel clinic” and specific destination requirements, supported by Meta retargeting. Traffic flowed into a dedicated booking funnel with proper conversion tracking, and we ran CRO on the funnel to turn more of that high-intent traffic into confirmed appointments.

The results. The clinic saw a steady stream of appointment bookings at a low cost per qualified lead, with the calendar filling reliably ahead of peak travel periods.
