Marcos Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy and travel clinic in Mississauga, offering prescriptions, free no-contact delivery and travel-health services. As an independent competing with big chains, they needed to win local patients on service rather than scale.

The challenge. Marcos wanted more prescription transfers and travel-clinic bookings from the surrounding neighbourhoods, at a cost per result that worked for an independent pharmacy.

What we did. We built geo-targeted Google Search and call-focused campaigns with location extensions so nearby searchers could call or book in one tap, and used Meta to promote the travel clinic and delivery service locally. Travel-clinic demand was sent to a simple booking page, and we optimised the funnel to lift conversions and lower cost per call.

The results. Marcos saw more travel-clinic bookings, a steady increase in prescription transfers, and a lower cost per call — a profitable local-growth channel they could rely on.
